This reclusive private villa is located amidst a 2 acre lush green property, situated just 9 kilometers from Sulthan Bathery town in Wayanad. It faces the reserve forest and is surrounded by towering trees and breathtaking nature. A stay here is ideal for those looking for a private family holiday amidst nature.

Guests can enjoy the entire property - private and exclusive. The property is in the middle of a 2 acre lush green land facing reserved forest.

The space
An exclusive and private stone villa in a 2 acre property, which has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gas, electric hot plate, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, utensils and crockery. You can experiment with your cooking, as a family. Basic grocery is provided. Any additional grocery can be door delivered.
The villa has power back-up (Inverter), Wifi, TV with DTH, security cameras, ample lighting for exterior, geyser for hot water, barbecue set, bonfire provision, hammock, swing, medical kit, car parking for 4 cars.
A caretaker will be available from 8AM to 5PM. Breakfast is provided. For lunch and dinner, you can order from many restaurants nearby or hire a cook (upon advance intimation) or cook at the fully equipped kitchen.

In the unlikely event that a Host needs to cancel your booking within 30 days of check-in, we’ll find you a similar or better home or we’ll refund you.
